The intensity of competition in organizations has made the use of new and interactive methods of learning and teaching necessary for each other. The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the indicators of teaching and learning components and to investigate the effect of learning components on the learner and also to investigate the effect of teaching components on the learner. To identify the criteria and express the relationships between them, the concepts affecting learning and teaching were identified after studying related research using a seven-stage qualitative approach and interviewing 12 university experts with a doctorate in management and collecting and analyzing data according to the main components Learner and teacher, and then a researcher-made questionnaire of 200 items was distributed and collected among the statistical population. Data were analyzed using structural equation method and pls software, which showed the results. The teaching components have an effect on learning, which has the highest share for values of 0. 271, emotional energy of 0. 238, ideas of 0. 236, memorable views of 0. 234, and the structure of determination in decision making of 0. 225, respectively. . Learner components also had a positive effect on teaching, with the highest contribution for systemic attitude of 0. 286, individual mastery of 0. 247, team learning of 0. 242, shared vision of 0. 230 and structure of mental models of 219, respectively. / 0 is assigned.

Determining the best way of learning and acquiring knowledge, especially in intelligent tutoring systems has drawn researchers' attention during past years. Studies conducted on E-learning systems and strategies proposed to improve the quality of these systems, indicate that the main learning resources for students in an educational environment are provided by two crucial factors. The first is the teacher who can basically influence students’ success through demonstrating her ability and skills, and the second is interaction among students. In this article, a new modeling approach is presented for improving learning/teaching models as well as interaction among learners, from which the most benefit can be derived by learners. The proposed model uses the learning automata for modeling the teacher and her behavior in such a way that she can also learn and teach better at the same time, thus improves her teaching skills. The model also uses cellular learning automata in order to model behavior of the learners as well as interactions between the learners for knowledge acquisition. The results indicate that in addition to teacher’s skills, the interaction/communication among learners can significantly improve the quality and speed of learning as compared with previous methods.

learning is one of the educational concepts that is the basis of the clinical practices of medical sciences. The emergence of the new era of medical science education and the emergence of the disease epidemic era has led to the rapid use of web-based education, which is one of the learning methods and leads to the creation of learning experiences. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to investigate the interactivity of webbased learning with the quality of learning experiences in different conditions, which requires a comprehensive investigation and its impact on learning experiences. The present study is a descriptive review study that during the years 2018-2022 in the database,ISI, Medline, Clinical, Google Scholar, Pubmed using keywords,Activism, effectiveness and effectiveness of education, web-based education, web-based learning and learning quality, learning experiences, medical sciences have been done. The search result included 214 articles, in the primary screening, 130 articles were extracted in line with web-based learning, in the secondary screening, 56 articles were found with the content of learning experience and web-based, and finally. . . the article was extracted. The findings showed that web-based learning, with all its strengths and weaknesses, is a current teaching-learning method in medical sciences, which has shown the necessity of using virtual and web-based methods with the outbreak of the Corona epidemic. Providing a platform for using web-based learning along with other types of learning is an absolute necessity of educational and research planning in the forward direction of medical science education goals.

Content-based image retrieval (CBIR) has received considerable research interest in the recent years. The basic problem in CBIR is the semantic gap between the high-level image semantics and the low-level image features. Region-based image retrieval and learning from user interaction through relevance feedback are two main approaches to solving this problem. Recently, the research in integrating these two major techniques has gained many attentions .The representative is the relevance feedback based Multiple Instance learning mechanism. This paper presents an interactive content-based image retrieval system that incorporates Multiple Instance learning (MIL) into the user relevance feedback to learn the user's subjective visual concepts. The proposed model consists of three main components: The transforming unit (bag generator), the learner unit, and the retrieval unit. In the transforming unit, each image of the database is transformed into the corresponding image bag. The learner unit uses these bags, user's relevance feedbacks and the proposed MIL method to learning user interested visual concepts. In the retrieval unit the images of the database are ranked using a two-phase ranking algorithm. Our model is designed for using in applications that need image retrieval based on the general structures of images such as scene classification and retrieval. We have tested our model on a natural scene image database, consisting of 3000 images taken from the COREL library. Performance is evaluated and the effectiveness ofthe proposed model has been shown through comparative studies.
